Naguib Mohd Nor
Naguib Mohd Nor is the CEO and owner of Strand Aerospace Malaysia Sdn Bhd. He holds a BEng in Aerospace Engineering from UMIST and an MSc Aerospace Vehicle Design from Cranfield University. Mr. Naguib is also the President of the Malaysian Aerospace Industry Association (MAIA).
He sits on the Selangor and Malaysian Aerospace Council and sits on the advisory panel of several public and private Universities in Malaysia. He is a regular on Malaysian aerospace trade missions abroad and often part of the reception of aerospace trade delegations into Malaysia.
Gerry Ong is the Managing Director of SMT Technology, headquartered in Singapore. SMT is a leader in smart manufacturing and have more than 20 years’ experience. SMT specialise in Workplace Conversion to reduce labour reliance and overcome space constraint. A Tech-capability to retro-fit SME machinery and system upgrade enhances manufacturing efficiency targeting High-mix Low-volume job orders.
Mr. Ong graduated from Singapore Polytechnic and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, specialized in the area of metrology and smart manufacturing. He has more than 15 years experiences in the development of smart and flexible manufacturing systems.
Kamal last experience was Senior Director PTC Education for Asia, MEA, ANZ, Eastern Europe.
With overall experience of 26 years in Industry, Kamal has been working on enabling Fresher, students, individuals and organizations alike to use technology effectively including traditional classroom training, online courses, as well as custom corporate learning programs, and mentoring. Kamal has been leading development of learning solutions for country wide vocational training, development agencies of the United Nations, renowned Management Schools likes Harvard Business School, global banking organizations, telecom companies, academic Institutes Hi-Tech firms, and various K-12 customers.
He has a formidable track record of contributing to significant improvements in overall capacity development and talent building while working with governments and agencies.
Peter McAteer is Managing Director of SustainLearning LLC and serves as Sustainability Advisor to several companies. He formerly served as Managing Director for Harvard Business School Publishing and Director of Learning & Knowledge Management Services for the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
McAteer has served as adjunct faculty at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) and has been guest speaker at universities around the world. He has authored and co-authored articles and commentary in Directors and Boards, the ASTD Journal, the Harvard Business Review, the European Business Forum and Reuters Business Insights. He is author of Sustainability is the New Advantage – Leadership, Change and the Future of Business, from Anthem Press (2019, updated 2021) and the upcoming book Pathways to Action, How Keystone Organizations Can Lead the Fight for Climate Change, to be published by Anthem Press in 2022. He has lived and worked in more than 40 countries.
Ahmad Fauzi Ali
Fauzi is a serial entrepreneur, licensed venture capitalist, Chief Technical Officer, angel investor, management consultant and educationist and mentor. He started his career in software in 1972 in the United Kingdom when at the age of 13 when he started writing computer games for his college community.
Hafeiz Hassan is the Co-Founder of SAT.Asia and SAT International – Engineering and Tech group of companies focused on delivering solutions to the global market.
Bharath has had a corporate career over 35 Years – from a core Technologist to the C-suite of large Multinationals in geographies ranging across the USA, APAC, Europe, and India. He has held CxO level positions across Product Development, Consulting, Services and Corporate IT organizations.
He has been with major corporations globally like GE, Dell, Broadcom, Oracle, Ness Technologies and Infinite Computer Solutions. In each of these businesses he has either led major strategic turnarounds or built organizations from the ground-up and turned them into multi-million $ businesses.
He now works with Leadership and Businesses to develop their capabilities and enable their growth. Being at heart a Technologist – he works with Corporations and Leaders guiding them through their Digital Transformation journeys. Technology is enabled by People and he is a firm believer that Digital Transformation can touch People and Organizations positively. He is passionate about Culture, People and the power of Digital Transformation. He is the Principal Coach and CEO of GrowbyDesign. His primary focus areas are:

He has coached C Suite Executives, Sr Management and Individual Contributors on Leadership, Growth and Career. With his deep and broad Business, Technology, and Leadership expertise he works across the spectrum of Strategy through Execution.
Eli is an expert in sustainable urban development. His experience around the globe includes plans and initiatives for new and revitalised places, large-scale urbanisation and regional strategies, climate change strategy and policy, masterplanning for transit oriented development, reclamation and waterfront development, industry, tourism and leisure projects, and pioneering creation of a mechanism in the UK for low-carbon retrofit of existing buildings.
Most recently Eli was Director of Atkins’ Planning and Urban Design practice in Hong Kong and South East Asia and Net Zero leader for Asia; Regional Practice Lead for Consulting, Strategy and Advisory; and chair of Atkins’ Urban Planning Global Network. He is currently an adjunct associate professor at the University of Hong Kong.
Eli is chair of the programming and events committee and a member of the executive committee at ULI Hong Kong, chair of the International Infrastructure Forum’s net zero working group at the British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, sits on the Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design’s public affairs and international and mainland affairs committees, and is frequently called on to speak at professional forums and conferences. A graduate of The Johns Hopkins University and the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, Eli is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts.
